We are looking for a motivated mathematical biologist / computational biologist / bioinformatician. Interested individuals are encouraged to contact Tian Hong.

 

Graduate Students

Interested prospective students are encouraged to contact Tian Hong for research opportunities. To join the lab, they can apply to one of the following three programs:

• 1. Biochemistry & Cellular and Molecular Biology (BCMB) Ph.D. Program
  2. Genome Science and Technology (GST) Ph.D. Program
  3. Data Science and Engineering (DSE) Ph.D. Program

Our lab can cover graduate program application fee for selected prospective students.

We welcome rotation students in any UTK program.

 

Undergraduate Students

Undergraduate students who wish to gain research experience in the field of computational biology may contact Tian Hong by e-mail. If you are a motivated freshmen/sophomore with no prior research experience, or a junior/senior with prior experience in computer-based research, please contact us.
