Welcome to the Laboratory of Computational Systems Biology. We are located at the University of Tennessee Department of Biochemistry and Cellular and Molecular Biology (BCMB). We are also affiliated with National Institute for Mathematical and Biological Synthesis (NIMBioS) at Knoxville, TN. Our lab focuses on using computational and systems approaches to understand complex biological processes, including development, disease progression and immune response.
